This list contains “some” of the West Fenwick real estate established communities and new developments mostly along the Route 54 corridor. West Fenwick Island, with its wonderful location has become a very popular place in which to live over the last two decades. This following is a representative sample of local real estate* communities but is not a comprehensive list.
Ashley Manor – newer established community four miles from the beach just west on Route 20 from Route 54.
Bayview Landing – newer established community with individual homes and townhomes only two miles from the beach.
Bayside (Live Bayside) – huge community that has been under development for many years.
Teaberry Woods – Attractive older community of single family homes nestled among the trees on the south side of 54 about 2 1/2 miles from the beach.
Treasure Beach RV Park & Campground – a long-established and very large three-season resort community for RVs and camping.

As far as we know, there is no official geographical designation or legal jurisdiction of West Fenwick; it is more a descriptive term of endearment than an official “place.” But we still love living here and this small website will share some of why we think this is a wonderful place – West Fenwick or not. 🙂
